Sports Meet @ Spring Club on 21st July 2013 (Registration Closed)

An Indoor Sports Meet has been scheduled to be organized on Sunday, 21^st July 2013 at “Spring Club” (near Science City).  

We have scheduled a competition in four indoor sports viz., Carrom, Table Tennis, Chess and Badminton with males and females participating separately but members and students in conjunction.  The event would be a full day programme commencing from 11am onwards.  Necessary refreshments and lunch and tea would be available for all the participants.  In every event, we would be announcing One Winner and One Runner Up and prizes would be distributed in the Annual Function elsewhere as and when scheduled which would be communicated to everyone.  No doubles in any event would be entertained and also one is restricted to participate in not more than Two events.

We have kept a nominal participation charge of Rs 100/- for members and Rs 50/- for students. Refund would not be granted once registered. Registration on First come First served basis and maximum number of participation will be 100.

In view of the above, it is requested to participate / give your willingness at the following E-Mail IDs with your details viz. Name, Registration No., Contact No., E-Mail ID and event willing to participate. Registration would be closed on the evening of 15^th July 2013.
